Great location near train station, multiple escalators to hotel, short walk to old town. Small terrace for evening snacks. Nice view from room. Good breakfast with homemade cakes. Supermarket nearby for souvenirs and snacks.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the spacious and clean rooms. The decor was slightly dated, but overall it was comfortable and tidy. the hotel offered private parking for a small fee, convenient. The location was also a key factor for me, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the city center. This made it easy to explore Siena and access various restaurants and attractions. Lastly, I enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff who were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the supermarket. It saves a lot of time and effort when you need to buy something. The hotel is also located on the street after driving round the block a few times, which makes it easy to find. Additionally, it is close to the bus stop, which makes it convenient for exploring the city.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel. The WiFi was a bit inconvenient as we had to always input the username and password to have internet access.

Arriving late, the staff provided me with a warm welcome, showed me the room, and gave me a map. I was so exhausted, but the bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. Although the TV was difficult to operate, the staff was helpful providing written instructions. I recommend Italia for its great location and comfort.
